The U.S. Treasury Department released data for the first quarter of 2023 (reporting period January 1 to March 31, 2023). You can get access to all of the raw data for the United States from this link.
I’ve filtered the data down to ARPA recipients in the state of Maine, as well as Penobscot County, and the city of Bangor.

Note about the lack of data for the city of Bangor:
On December 28, 2022 the city of Bangor approved 4 projects through passed resolutions. These obligations were not reported to the U.S. Treasury in the Q4 2022 or Q1 2023 reports. The city of Bangor approved another project through a resolution on July 10, 2023. This occurred during Q3 of 2023 and would not be expected to be reported until that reporting is due on October 31, 2023.
