I'm Mike Beck. By trade, I help local organizations with their websites, and as a resident, I'm honored to serve on the Bangor City Council. It's important that the purpose of this site is crystal clear: the person writing here is Mike Beck the citizen, no more, no less. This blog is my personal take on issues I care about, from housing to community health. It is not an official channel for the City of Bangor, and the views are entirely my own. For official City Council positions and meeting information, please visit the City of Bangor's official website. My hope is that sharing my personal perspective contributes to a more informed and engaged community. Thanks for reading.
